This page explains how research peptides are shipped from Sequora: when your order is processed, which carriers and delivery options you can choose, how vials are packed, how tracking works, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is verified. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day. If you pay by Zelle, processing starts once the payment has been received and matched to your order; see How to pay.

Delivery options and times

You choose a delivery option at checkout. Transit times start when the order is dispatched.

OptionTypical transit after dispatchPrice
Standard Shipping5–6 business days$10.00
FedEx 2 Day2 business days$25.00
UPS Next Day AirNext business day$80.00

Carrier delays, weather, holidays or address problems can make delivery take longer. Express options cannot speed up processing; they shorten the time in transit once the order has been dispatched.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Buyers outside the United States are responsible for knowing and following their own country’s import rules for research chemicals. All orders are subject to our Research Use Policy.

Packaging and temperature

Orders ship in secure, plain packaging; the contents are not visible from the outside. Each compound is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) solid in a sealed, labeled vial that carries its batch code.

Lyophilized peptides tolerate the short time at ambient temperature that shipping takes, so they are not shipped with cold packs. Move the vials to cold storage as soon as they arrive. Storage guidance is on our Quality & Testing page and in the FAQ.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have an account, you can also find it under Orders in your account. Tracking can show no movement for a short time after the label is created. If there is still no update after 1–2 business days, email research@sequorapeptides.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email research@sequorapeptides.com as soon as possible with your order number and, for damage, clear photos of the outer box, the packaging and the vials. We will open a claim with the carrier and review your case. How we handle damaged and incorrect items is explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address before you place the order. To change it before the order ships, email research@sequorapeptides.com with your order number.
